Product description of our BD803 high strength rubber metal repair bonding adhesives epoxy compound:
803 rubber-metal adhesive is specially used in the bonding of rubber material and metal material.
It’s the brown viscous liquid,the peel strength of metal-rubber is ≥60N/2.5cm,used in the paste of ceramic rubber lining
from the higher strength requirement parts and metal substrates.

How to use of our BD803 rubber metal high bonding strength repair epoxy compound bonding adhesive:
1.Matting on the surface of rubber,grind on the metal surface to reveal the fresh substrates,and clean it by cleaning agent.

2.After making the C component of treatment agent stir uniformly,brush coating on the metal surface,then dry it by airing.

3.After making main agent(A component) and curing agent(B component) mix uniformly according to ratio 8:1,
use hair brush to brush coating on the surface of metal and rubber separately for twice,then dry it by airing,
after the adhesive solution of the second time drying to have viscous force sense(just not bonding of hands),
can make the rubber be bonding on the metal surface at this time,then compress it to be compacted.

4.Curing for 48 hours at the normal temperature can reach to the largest strength.

Notes:
1.Before using the C component of metal treatment agent,should stir the sediment at the bottom uniformly.

2.This product contains organic solvent,flammable.Should pay attention to ventilation,fire prevention during
storage and using.

3.The adhesive should be matched between configuration and using,the configured adhesive should be used up within 1 hours,
can’t place for a long time.

Storage:
The product storage period is 12 months at the temperature of 25 degree

Three component,can be brush coating,1Kg/group: A component: 800g, B component: 100g,C component: 100g,
1000g/set,10 sets/carton.
